Front-End Web Developer
The Front-End Web Developer is responsible for graphical user interfaces and web page designs that effectively communicate the client's identity and brand for optimal display on the web. The Front-End Web Developer must be able to present design concepts to clients and provide leadership in maintaining quality and consistency throughout all phases of product development. The Front-End Web Developer will work closely with Project Managers and Web Developers to collaborate on the overall site develop process.
The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- A creative thinker with expert knowledge of page layout techniques and page design best-practices
- Expert knowledge of Front End Web Development and related technologies (CSS, XHTML, HTLM5, etc.)
- Experience with Graphic Design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and a working knowledge of Adobe Flash
- Web programming experience with PHP, ASP/.NET, AJAX, Javascript, jQuery, etc.
- 2+ years of web design experience
- BA in design or equivalent experience
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Strategy development for graphic design issues
- Development and maintenance of websites focused on: Site Design and Page Layouts (GUIs, CSS, etc.), Site Features and Functionality (eComm, CMS, etc.)
- Routine reviews, updates, and enhancements of existing sites
- QA, testing, and troubleshooting of existing pages/designs
- Competitive research and analysis of design-related trends in the industry and marketplace

Start Date: Immediately
Status: Exempt - Full Time
