Online Marketing Account Manager
The Online Marketing Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing online marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position works very closely with clients to determine strategies and goals, and then manages the campaigns designed to meet these goals by addressing budgets and forecasting, lead generation, content optimization, conversions and retention rates, reporting and analysis. This position also assists with search engine optimization efforts and acts as the marketing liaison between clients and the Web Development team. The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Expert knowledge of PPC, SEM, CTR, and CPM
- Experience in negotiating, implementing, and management advertising contracts with leading Internet properties/portals.
- Analytic abilities to address client reporting requirements and performance analysis.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts, graphics software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), email marketing, affiliate marketing, site optimization techniques, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Innovative thinker, detail-oriented, and excellent time management abilities
- BS in related field of study or 2+ years of related experience.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- PPC Campaign Management - positioning targets, budget objectives, CTR optimization, ROI analysis
- Partnership Management - contract negotiations/implementation, asset management, promotional/calendar coordination, ROI analysis
- Client Reporting - monthly overviews, performance reporting, referrer data analysis
- Client Site Optimization - click path analysis, competitor reviews.

Start Date: Immediately
Status: Exempt - Full Time
